Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between GoUltra Systems LLC ("MendPDF," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or entity that accesses or uses the Services ("you" or "your"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, if you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Services
MendPDF provides document-related tools and related website functionality. Some tools are designed to operate locally in your browser, while some features may use temporary relays, third-party services, communications tooling, or other service components. Feature availability may change, and not all tools or workflows are identical in how they handle data.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
3. Accounts
If MendPDF offers accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
4. Your files and content
As between you and MendPDF, you retain ownership of your files, documents, text, images, and other content you process through the Services ("User Content"). MendPDF does not claim ownership of your User Content.
You grant MendPDF only the limited rights necessary to operate the Services, communicate with you, secure the Services, comply with law, and otherwise exercise our rights under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
5. User responsibility for documents and legality of use
You are solely responsible for: (a) the files you choose to process; (b) verifying that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to use those files with the Services; (c) compliance with confidentiality duties, privilege obligations, professional rules, retention duties, court orders, export controls, sanctions laws, privacy laws, and any other law applicable to your use case; (d) reviewing any output before relying on it; and (e) maintaining secure copies, backups, and endpoint protections on your own systems.
MendPDF provides tools. We do not review every file, verify every right, or assume your legal obligations regarding the document.
6. Sensitive and regulated data
MendPDF is designed to reduce unnecessary file exposure, but you must independently determine whether the Services are appropriate for any regulated, privileged, confidential, or highly sensitive data set. Unless MendPDF expressly agrees otherwise in writing, MendPDF does not undertake to become your records custodian, legal archivist, or compliance guarantor. Statements on the website must not be interpreted as legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice.
7. Acceptable use restrictions
You may not: (a) use the Services in violation of law or third-party rights; (b) process files you do not have the right to use; (c) attempt to interfere with, disable, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services; (d) use bots, scraping, overload techniques, or abusive automation; (e) introduce malware or harmful code; (f) bypass technical restrictions or feature controls; (g) use the Services to infringe copyright, privacy, or confidentiality rights; or (h) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
8. Output quality and no professional advice
Document tools can produce formatting differences, extraction limitations, or user-side mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for business, legal, healthcare, financial, or other consequential purposes. The Services are provided for general informational and tool-use purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, compliance advice, or any other professional advice.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and site content (excluding User Content), are owned by MendPDF or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, MendPDF reserves all rights.
10. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, MendPDF may use that feedback without restriction or obligation, provided this does not override your rights in User Content or personal information under applicable law.
11. Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, authentication, billing, fraud prevention, or other functions. MendPDF is not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." MENDPDF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENDPDF AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
MENDPDF'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MENDPDF IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT; OR (B) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MendPDF and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or where suspension is necessary to protect the Services or users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
17. Changes
We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any incorporated policies, form the entire agreement between you and MendPDF regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
