How MendPDF keeps documents private

Local WASM engine: The PDF editor uses a compiled WebAssembly engine based on PDFium that runs inside your browser. No document data is transmitted to any server.

No temporary storage: Your file exists only in browser memory during the session. Close the tab and the data is gone.

No analytics on content: MendPDF does not log, analyze, or index any document content. There is no telemetry on what you edit.

Incremental save: The engine patches the original PDF structure directly, preserving the document's integrity without rewriting the entire file.
