Questions about deleting PDF pages
Are deleted pages actually removed from the output file?
Yes. MendPDF creates a new PDF that contains only the pages you kept. The deleted pages are not included in the exported file. Your original file on your device remains unchanged.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Page removal runs entirely in your browser using a compiled PDF library. The file never leaves your device.
Can I select pages by range instead of clicking each one?
Yes. Use the range input at the top. You can enter single pages, ranges, or both — for example 1,3,5-8,10.
Can I undo before exporting?
Click any marked page again to unmark it, or use Clear to reset the selection. The file is only exported when you press the Delete and save button.
Does deleting pages remove hidden metadata or prior copies?
No. Deleting pages only removes the page content from the new output file. Document metadata, bookmarks, and any copies you already shared are not affected. For metadata removal, use a dedicated sanitize tool (not included here).
